I am new here and need your help on this.. I just bought a second hand 2011 honda accord and I discovered that when passenger doesn't fasten the seat belt, the car doesn't chime and neither does the seat belt signal flash on the dash. I also realised that the seat heater on the passenger side doesn't work and there is SRS signal on my dash. Out of curiosity, I checked the car and discovered that all the wires under the passenger seat are disconnected. I must say that the drivers seat belt alarm and seat heater work perfectly Please guide me on how I can reconnect these wires myself. Do I have to disconnect the battery before I start? Thank you.
