Necessary to find valve spring keeper?
I went out this morning to check the fault code. It flashed back a 12 related to the EGR valve. I went and looked and sure enough, the valve connector was in the socket, but not all the way! I pushed it in an latched it and took the car for a test drive... no more check engine light and no studder at 1500 RPMs.
