Default Need to change idler pulley v6

I figured out what my wierd schreech was. It is my idler pulley for the alternator belt. It looks pretty easy, one 14mm reverse thread bolt. However, I dont think the bolt will slide out laterally because it will bump against the frame rail (1999 EX V6). I cant find a procedure out there. Has anyone done one? Are there any shortcuts, I thought of loosening the motor mount on the right side and jacking the motor enough to get enough clearance.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

At the very top of this section there is a "Common DIY Threads" post. Open that and go to the one talking about the tensioner on the 6th gen v6's....see if that helps.
