Default Need fuel out of 98 honda accord ex

I just put 30 buks in fuel. My transmission just went out and I'm low on cash. I need the fuel I just put in to go into another vehicle. What is the easiest procedure?

My 92 had a drain plug. It was hard to see with all the undercoating, but it was there so look closely.

The six gen's don't have a fuel tank drain bolt - sorry.

Get creative and be careful at the same time - if the fuel pump works. Here is an idea, use at your own risk and I'm not sure of the room you have to work with.

Remove the banjo bolt from the fuel rail - add a piece of hose that will reach a proper container for the gas. EDIT - you'll need a piece of hos that is large engough to fit over the "banjo O end" and slide it up a bit and I would then slightly clamp it so fuel does not come out from the hose where it is over the end of the fuel line feeding the injectors. Run two wires from the pump to the battery. You can then touch the wires to the battery and disconnect them when your container starts to get full.

The bad things and "some more of the WARNINGS" - you are playing with gas and possible sparks. The lets not even get into the "wear" on the pump if you run it while the tank is dry - the gas helps to cool the pump motor.

Default fuel out

Can you just go old school? Long hose and siphon it out from the fill port? just have a few bottles ready, dump fuel in the other vehicle when a bottle is full.

We've all had a little gas in our mouths at one time or another...right?

Basically any car made in the last 10-20 years has an anti-siphon valve in the filler neck.

When I let my car sit for a few years and had to drain the tank I did what Poorman said.
