Need Headrest Post Dimensions for 30-07 Accord

Default Need Headrest Post Dimensions for 03-07 Accord
Hey All,
Bought a 2012 Accord EXL about 2 weeks ago & my wife is complaining about sore neck from headrest jutting to far forward. I've read posts on lumbar issue/fix, & 7th gen. headrest swap.
I want to confirm dimensions on the 7th gen (2003-2007) headrest post.
Can some one with that car please measure:
  1. support post diameter |O|
  2. Outside distance between posts |O---------------O|

LOL.
My 1st posting & I had a typo in the title! What a way to start off. I'm only 1/2 way done with my morning coffee, so that's my excuse.
