The trouble code may be P2646 - Rocker Arm Oil Pressure Switch Circuit Low Value or some other trouble code. P2146 is a generic code for fuel injectors and not listed as part of other trouble codes in the service manual for your car.

You can try calling Honda America customer service regarding the powertrain warranty coverage of this. You have nothing to lose by calling.

 

You need to talk to Honda about it, everything you're telling us is secondhand, and the code he gave you is incorrect, there are multiple codes for that issue starting with p2646 and going up, not necessarily in numerical order.
