need help???

I have a 98 accord EX coupe..and I am intrested in buying 2 front seats from a 99 accord. Not sure if the 99 accord is a coupe or sedan. The 99 seats are power seats. I dont have power seats on my 98 accord. First question is if you guys know if the 99 seats will fit with no problem and can I get the power seats from the 99 accord work on my 98 accord?? Thanks

They probably would fit, but you would have to measure the new seats and your current mounts. And you would need the small wiring harness from the fuse panel to the seat controls.
I don't think it would hurt to ask a dealer tech. for advice. Up here I would ask a scrap dealer as well this sorta thing after buying him a coffee for his time. (Advice is never free, well except on chat boards.)

I agree, you won't know unless you line them up otherwise your gonna need the brackets too. I'm sure the wiring would be more annoying to run then it'd actually be difficult to install. The 98 and 99 seats are the same, but not sure about manual to power.

you might get lucky and the wiring and everything may be there. I had an Acura legend that I went from manual to power and the plugs and everything were pre wired
