Need help with electrical problems!!

I have a 95 accord, F22B2, manual, LX and it is an electrical nightmare. First off all at the most random times the electrical systems (i.e. speedometer, tach, a/c, radio, senors, possibly more) turn off for a split second and turn back on all while the car is running. The interior light fuse is blown and blows a new fuse everytime I change it. Interior light on top doesnt turn on. The light that illuminates the dials on my cluster gauge are not working. I have to hit the dials on my A/C to turn them on. Im thinkning this might be the cause why that idle is sometimes a little rough. There might be some other ones that I might have forgotten but I just need some advice, tips, whatever. I'm to the point where I just want to drive my car off a mountain. Anything helps thanks.
Sounds like it could be a flaky ground wire connection. Start by checking the grounds and make sure all are clean & tight.
There's a 94 shop manual free download in the DIY section if you need help locating the grounds.
