Nevermind about what the broken part is, I see that was mentioned already.

I got hit by a truck doing about 60 mph. Impact was either on the door, or the wheel and fender. He was coming around my driver side and I turned into him.

If the wheel took some of the impact, then you may have more bent components behind that tire, or possibly a bent frame/subframe.

What do you want to spend to fix this?

You may need to do some measuring between set points to see if something is bent on the frame. You can buy a shop manual as a pdf for $21.99 from automanualsource.com that shows some of the measurements.

You don't want to spend a decent amount of money and time to fix the car and find out that the tires can't be aligned.

You can use a tram bar and compare corner to corner. There are holes in the subrames and other areas that are in the exact same place on both sides of the vehicle. I imagine this is all done with lasers at body shops now. The way the ball joint is torn out of the control arm something else was bent in the process.

Not to mention another wheel and more than likely tire for that one side alone..

As cheap as possible. The way it's looking right now, I might not even want to repair it anymore. I'm going to take a look at that manual and see if the alignment is ruined, as suggested. Thanks for all the help so far.

Ouch. The strut is done. And the knuckle is prob bent as well.

I'd get the whole assy from a bone yard - strut, knuckle, lower arm, ect.

I'm looking to spend about $2500 total to fix this thing. That includes what I will be paying someone to do most of the work. I've got a friend that's a mechanic.

So far I've got:

1. Front grille missing
2. Front bumper
3. Left headlight assembly
4. Left fender
5. Wheelhouse upper member and probably wheelhouse upper extension
6. Left door
7. Left side sill garnish assembly (side skirt)
8. Left mirror (slight)
9. Upper control arm
10. Lower control arm
11. Knuckle
12. Front damper
13. Wheel & tire
