My car has over 180,000 miles on it and i know it wont last forever but i have like a loud noise in the engine while idle, i cleaned my valves changed pcv, got new plugs, dont know what else to do to get quiter.... I dont know here to idle control screw is.....please post a diagram!
Also while driving and when i stop at the light my car tend to vibrate, what can i do?
Also i dont think its a leak in the exhaust-thats ruled out
O and my car seems to be below 500rpm when i stop at the light but goes back up to 500 after a couple minutes.

 

so im guessing no one knows. o well

 

the low idle is one thing, the loud noise....can be something else. the idle we can fix, but the noise - you need to describe it better. how does it sound? like a metallic rattle(heat shield noise?)
tapping noise?(valve adjustment)
