hy to one and all I have a small block mopar drag car and a 2003 accord alternator that matches up to my brackets almost perfect. the problem I don't know which pin outs will get it charging. its a 4 pin unit what for it to do charge. thx.

1. it is my understanding wire one goes to a fused ign on wire
2. the white green wire goes to a 12 volt source the excites the alternator to charge.
however i'm not sure I need 3 and 4 but if i do explain what is meant by altl and fr signal altf.

this is going in a 1987 dodge dakota which use a pos field wire and a field to ground wire.

so if i'm going to install this correctly i'm going need to what the abbreviations stand for. also if i gotten the wrong definition of plugs 1 and 2 wrong pls correct me thx.
