Yes Poorman, I replaced the converter also. I have not had a lot of time to devote to it the last few days, hoefully this weekend I can do some checking. I did check for codes the other night with the ODBII reader and it shows none. D4 light does not flash and no check engine light. Could the ECM be causing something like this? This model does not have the seperate TCU module. I have replaced both spped sensors, new speedometer sensor, and have checked the solenoids and they appear to work. Hoping someone can offer some guidence on what to check.

 

thanks for your reply, I tried changing the lockup solenoid twice with two used
ones and its still doing the same thing.
Could it be something else going on with it? Can those solenoid be clean up ?
