Default Need some advice

I have a 2024 Honda Accord. Ever since December 2024. I been having this issue look at the video below. The Honda dealership service department can’t not figure what it is. The problem happens intermittently. If anyone experienced the same problem, or helped someone with the problem your help will greatly appreciated. You may have to slow down the video to see what really going on.

It is hard to tell what messages are shown. Can you camera capture each error message that flashes?

I haven't seen this issue on here, plus your accord is very new.

Can you list what items have been replaced by the dealership so far?

The dealership has not replace anything per this issue. One reason they said there is no steady lights that stay on per the dashboard. It’s just constantly happening off, and on. I have some pictures attached as you requested. Like I said they are not steady warnings lights

Something is causing the lights to trip. Was any work done on the car, like an oil change, tire rotation, etc. right before this started happening?

These systems get complicated, because I suspect the error messages are handled by the network lines in your car. This can also be a software/logic issue. The dealership should be able to monitor the triggers for these two warning messages with their scanner.

Your car is new enough that it should be handled through the warranty. If the dealership won't/can't fix this, then call honda of america and explain the problem. They may open up a case and the main honda technical group should provide support for the dealership to troubleshoot.

There was no oil change, tire rotation, or anything else being done to the car work wise. I couldn’t agree with you more it is complicated, and frustrating. They said nothing came back when they connected the computer up to the car. Not only that they said it could be a software issue.

The car is under manufacture warranty. I didn’t think we could Honda Of America. I thought only the dealership service department could do that. I will give them a call ASAP. I hope they can rectify the issue
