Need tips on replacing cluster guages
Hi everyone - I'm new here - I also created a intro thread in the New Members forum
I just picked up an 02 EX 5spd.. the previous owner had installed some indiglo gauges which didn't work too well, and so subsequently removed them but left glue residue over all the old gauges... I want to swap out just the gauges with junk yard replacements... which are easily found and cheap.
I have already dismantled the entire cluster so I can get to the individual gauges... I'm not sure how they detach from the main circuit board... anyone here been through this and have some advice? I dont' want to break anything
I don't want to swap in an entire cluster because I'd like to keep the odometer accurate.
Thanks in advance!
