Default guages on cluster won't work

i have a 2000 accord lx and i just replaced the cluster lights to led. now the lights are changed and work but the speedometer or the tach and temp and fuel guage in the cluster dont work nor the digital odometer or pwr windows. i checked the fuses didnt see nothing blown and checked the plugs to make sure there pluged in and checked and replaced them nothing. i took a tester to them the fuses that fun the power windows under the the hood work but the fuses on the passenger side that run the windows dont get power same with the cluster but the lights are working on then. im sooo confused on not sure if its a ground or what any help plzzz?
