Default Gauge cluster, power windows and sunroof don't work and won't shift from park

Hey y'all, I have a 1998 accord ex v6 auto tranny that i am having some issues with. The care has 366K miles on it and was running good until the gauge cluster stopped working along with the power windows, power sunroof, interior dome light and won't shift out of park. I have checked the fuses for the instrument panel and also for the ECU, both are fine. Any ideas guys?!?

Thanks in advance for the quick response.

Check Fuse No. 9 (7.5A) located in the driver's side fuse box.

This fuse protects the following:

Back-up lights, Brake light failure sensor, Clock,
Driver’s and passenger’s multiplex control units, DRL
indicator (Canada), Gauge assembly, Security
system (USA except EX), Shift lock solenoid (A/T)

The moonroof relays need power coming from Fuse No. 9 too.

I have checked all of the fuses, I do know that fuse 9 is loose but not blown.

What you described points toward that fuse, with a high likely hood of being the source of the problem. The fuse should not be loose.

Do you have a voltmeter or multimeter to check whether there is power or continuity on both sides of the fuse?
