Hi there. I own a 2005 Honda Accord EX-L 4 cylinder, and had issues with the left signal lights (both front and rear) stop working. I took it into my local Honda dealership to get it fixed and they explained to me it was the flasher that needed to be replaced (I'm assuming the turn signal relay). $200 later (I know I got hosed on this after reading the how-to on fixing this in this forum ), I took the car home to find that my left rear park light and right rear brake light now do not work!!!

After calling Honda back this morning, they say that their technician's couldn't have caused the problem because they were only working on the flasher. Could this be true and be a totally separate issue? I highly doubt that these two incidents are coincidental given that I know that both lights were working before I took it to the dealership.

I'm going back in to speak to the service manager.

It sounds like they just changed the bulb. I would speak to the service manager to find out what they did on the car.
