hey im new! i have a 93 prelude, but now i have the opportunity to get a 94 black honda accord!

my friend has a 94 accord that he sold to a mexican. turned out they were illegal and were deported, and the cops returned the car to him without title. he now has the car and wants to sell it to me for $1000. this car is in immaculate condition, around 100,000 miles, nice rims, you could say it has some upgrades.

is the car worth $1000?
is it easy to get a title? or duplicate?

Take your car and any papers you have on it , to your State Hwy Patrol barracks and see if the can get you a salvage title on it 1st..if they can then ask them that after it pases State Inspection if you can then get a regular title on the car...

Since they were deported, SOMEONE has to have a record of that. How easy to get a title depends on your state, they're all different.
