i have just bout an automatic 1999 Honda accord coupe with a F23A1 v-tec motor in it (sohc) when i bout it i had to redo the whole front end (mostly body and support) after i got everything fixed i began trying to get my vtec to kick in it never would the car would get to about 3500 or 4000 rpms and stat jumping like its going to cut off so i went home and put in park and started to rev it to about 4000 rpms and when i let idle down it went past 1000 as if it was about to cut off PLEASE HELP
