Guessing at the gasket by pictures is hard to tell. I'd have a machine shop check the head, then go from there.

I finally decided to drain the oil... Ooooo water in the oil.. Nice..

Now trying to finger out how to get these valve seals out? EDIT --- Chapter 2 Part C - 2c-13 --- EDIT AGAIN -- Haynes says take it to a professional... ARG!!

Also, my injectors look NASTY!! 9v battery, carb cleaner cleaning? Thoughts?

Are you trying save a few $'s by taking them out? Usually the machine shop will go through all of that when they check it out - if you got a gasket set that has them be sure to take them to the shop when you drop off the head.

I think TX (TexasHonda) did some injector cleaning, might search for a thread/post from him about that (one of the Mod's on here)

I'm not paying anyone to do anything on this car. Doing it all myself. I have access to a machine shop, but its really a "there's the tools, good luck" type of adventure. -- I also have access to an injector tester, cleaner, science looking machine, but that thing looks complicated. On my explorer, I soaked injectors, rigged up a valve stem to fit over one end of the injector, with a straw hooked to a can of b12 and sprayed and triggered the injector with a 9v battery.

After reading some more, it looks like the valve seals can just pull right up with a little force.

I will search for his post.
Another question... Is there a way to test the tdc sensor? I'd hate to drop $250+ for one if it was just a bad wire, and I'd hate to put this motor back in (because of tdc location) if it was bad

Usually there are test spec's for them - resistance and check for continuity to ground, ect. I don't have the spec's for a 5th gen V6
