Default newbie need help.

hi all, I'm a newbie, I'm going to view a accord ex 95 coupe, manual, this weekend. It has about 58k mile. Is it good? how much should I make offer ( I'm saving up my money for this, i need car for school). Thanks tons. Here it is:
Code:
http://omaha.craigslist.org/cto/1009147204.html
ps: is there anyway I can change the exhaust, I don't like those kind like that ( prefer smaller tip, and more quite)

I highly doubt a car that old actually has that low of miles, its probably rolled back. As for the exhaust you could put a stock one back on.

I dont think it is worth that much though. I just bought a 95 accord and paid $1,500 for it.

Run a Carfax on it and get a picture of the odometer. Look for silver lines between the numbers on the odometer. If they're there, the mileage has been rolled back.

Thanks, I doubt it also, I'll check the silver lines, what is Carfax? I live in Omaha, NE ( road is hilly everywhere, and snow) is it a right choice to pick a stick car?

carfax is a website where you pay them and they tell you the history report of a car. It will tell you if its ever been in an accident, or if it has unknown mileage(meaning when it went for inspection the miles were less than the year before).

you know better than any one here if the car is right for you rather than a suv, you say you live on a hilly road so i assume its off of dodge? ive driven in omaha in dead winter in a mailbu and im sttill alive, i actually thought omaha was a kick *** city, my opinion
