Hello, all. I'm a first time Honda owner. Love the car but would love it more if it were a MT!

I have 3 questions.

It's an 08 Coupe, V-6, AT with 49,500mi., bought used in June. Only thing I've done to the car is change oil and filters.

1-Acceleration seems sluggish during hard acceleration up to about 3500RPM but very quick above that. Normal or not?
2-The transmission seems to hunt between 5th and 6th ('eco' light appears)gear at steady speed 30-40 mph on slight uphills. Shifts are not harsh, but are noticeable. Normal or not?
3-The rubber gasket around both doors seems to be a bit too short and pops out of the flange. Is there a fix, maybe by removing the kick plate on the door sill and adjusting?
