I have a 91 accord sw that had an A1 in it I swapped it out
And put a B1 in it out of a 95 accord now the problem is it
Idles ****ty, u can pull the 1 and 2 plug wires and it doesn't even
Change it at all also when u start driving it it seems fine
Till ur at that change gear point and u do then it start jumping
I put a p6 comp in it not sure if that's the problem or not but I have
Changed the distrubtor and plugs and wires was going to try fuel filter
Next b4 I buy another computer....also when I did pull the plugs #1
Doesn't look like its firing at all but idk I'm lost

I might not be much help but a couple things occur to me.

If you can pull #1 & 2 plugs without change, do you have firing order reversed?

Exactly what ECU are you using? From the 95? P6 doesn't tell the whole story - what year is it from?

Got the engine wiring harness with VTEC circuits?

Does your car's 91 wiring harness have the pins/wires populated for the VTEC circuits all the way back to the ECU? Since 91 didn't have any VTEC engines, I'm not sure if they bothered to populate all the pins.

all i know about the computewr is that it came ouit of a 95 accord "with a vtec" so they say....wiring is good 1342 im on that...im pretty sure the vtec isnt working cuz i have the a1 harness on it but i would think that it would still run

If the VTEC oil pressure switch and VTEC solenoid have open-circuits, then the ECU might go to limp-mode with a low rev-limiter. Not sure if that's the case, but seems like a possibility.

Got a part number from the ECU? There's some people (not me) who know what part #s would work with which engines.

Is this the gen where the map sensor and the ??? sensor have the same plug and sometimes get switched. I need to start writing all of this stuff down.

I don't think the ECU is from a 95. Can you give us the whole part number off of the ECU? Is this car an automatic or manual transmission?

The OEM part number for my 95 accord that had a manual transmission was: 37820-P0A-A01

That's an idea...
I don't remember which sensors, but I guess there's 2 of them that have the same plastic plugs. It's possible because the plugs DO fit, and the wiring harness is long enough to swap them.
