Has some symptoms of faulty ignition switch assy. Some diagnostics should confirm missing voltages at key points when keyswitch is in On position.

TX I agree with the added bit of info that the key switch is in play.
However, if I follow the diagrams correctly, the moonroof has me on the fence. The power to the "close" is from the ICU to the window relay. Then if we follow the trunk light circuit, it leads directly to the #37 7.5 amp fuse in the underhood fuse box....which feeds the ICU. Also the ign coil gets power from IG1 - so how does the car run, and everything else not work still if/when the OP jumps power to the starter solenoid and the car runs?
OP- when you open the door, do the courtesy light come on?
