I have a 01 accord 4dr,V6 with auto trans. When I first got it the dash lights would go out while driving but a hand thump on the top of the dash would bring them back. a while back they left completly leaving me unable to see the gauges at night. I know I read something about this a while back but can't find it now. Was there a recall for this problem.

there is a recall on this , dealer will replace the multiplex control unit ..........

call your local dealer give them the vin # and have them chk if it qualifies for the recall

 

Hey thanks for the info. After researching some more I found the multiplex.Do you know if it just pulls out and do I need radio codes before I change it. Also will a 1993 accord have one that works in it and where would I find it?
