Use bleeder screw to bleed all air from cooling system.

Did you flush the heater core out? If not, I'd do that now, and then top up and bleed the air out of the system. That metal "stop leak" stuff can clog the heater core and cause a "no heat" situation.
Just my take on it. BTDT before a few times (just not on a Honda).
