no reverse

Default no reverse
i have honda accord 1991. when i just bought this car couple days ago there were no fluid in tranmission. i put the fluid in there and now reverse doesnt work ,make a weird nose. But car is go foward pretty good.
Does anybody know do I need to change all transmission or i can fix it?
