03 Accord EX, all of a sudden no right turn signal neither front/rear or indicator on dash. Same fault using the hazards. Is there a left and right flasher unit? I'm used to most cars only having a single flasher unit?

 

Most likely the turn signal relay. They have "2 in one", so just replace it and you should have both working.
