Recently when using the navigation for turn by turn directions, there is no voice prompts. It was working, but now it's not. I checked all the settings (voice prompts are enabled​ and guidance voice has the sound up to 7) but can't find anything wrong.

Is there something else I should be checking?

Make, model, year, and type of Nav unit?

 

It's a 2016 Accord ex v6 with factory nav.
