No Speedo, No cruise control, Flashing "s" light
I have a 1989 Honda Accord EXI auto, I have no speedo and no cruise control( c.c has never really worked properly, would always lose speed when engaged) "s" light flashes and some/most times when I brake hard the engine check light appears. It seems like the car will go into limp mode. It now stays in lower gears for too long.(revs high before changing)
1.Changed the VSS, worked for about a day and then the speedo started to drop in and out.
2. Changed the VSS with a tested VSS, never worked.
3. Changed the Speedo cluster, still not working.
Any idea's that don't tell me its the VSS or Dashboard Panel Custer, would be most valued......
