My 94 accord has a intermittent starting problem. This only happens after the engine is turned off and restarted a short time later. The flashing "D" in the drive prevents the engine from starting. Wait a while and "D" will stop flashing and engine will start. Once started it will run forever .

 

See the "Common DIY and other Info. Threads" sticky at the top of this forum section for info. on retrieving any trouble codes by jumping the blue service check connector under the passenger side dash.
