No start

Default No start
My 83 Accord will not start. It cranks but will not turn over. The fuel pump is working. I was told it might be the fuel pump cur-off relay. I have no idea where it is or what it looks like. Can anyone help me out here. It only has 83000 miles on it.

Have you tried spraying starting fluid to verify you are not getting fuel into the engine?
