not sure

sometimes when i shut my car off then try too start it it wont start engine rotates after a few minutes it starts fuel pump fuel relay dont know does anybody. no check engine ligth

Try to avoid the run-on sentence. Its hard to read.

Does the fuel pump not turn on when you initially turn the key to the II position?
