Default O2 sensor issue

I have a 2005 Accord, I was getting a code for as faulty sensor, I replaced it with a new BOSCH sensor. Now I'm getting a code of P0139. I tried to delete the code but it keeps coming back . HELP !!! Could the
new sensor be bad or do I have to get a sensor from the dealer ?

Please advise

Thank you

It the P0139 the same code you had before you replaced the O2 sensor?

Your 05 has two O2 sensors. Did you replace the in the catalytic converter?

See this thread. Exact same problem.
