Default Oh no, jerking. Spark plugs have been changed!

Thanks in advance.

Finally upgraded to a Standard Honda Accord 1994 EX. It's been running fine...but as of late I've noticed it's started to jerk around the 50 mph range. When I shift to 5th gear it spasmodically jerks. After I pass up 50 - 55 mph...no more jerking. It just seems that the jerking is confined to that particular area. 50 - 55 mph.

Your thoughts and wisdom are appreciated.

This could be an EGR lean miss due to partially blocked EGR ports. If you've never removed and cleaned EGR manifold and ports into intake manifold, this maintenance should be performed. It may cure your problem.

good luck

Yeah try unplugging the egr valve and see if it runs better. If it does then you know to clean ports under intake. Doesnt take very long at all.
