oil leaking on 2002 V6 coupe

Got car home today with oil pan gasket replaced. Started leaking again immediately. Not too surprised. I guess it must be the rear seal.

There are also TSB on how to repair V6 leaks due to pourous block.
bulletin # 01-009 feb 20 -2004

quite a job.....I have not done 1 yet .........

Personally i feel that this is a flow in design and should not occur Honda should pay for all of this,, but since you got ext warranty you are ok,,,,,,,,,I feel for those people who don't have ext warranty

Replaced the rear seal and the leak appears to be stopped. Will watch it for awhile. The bill said $600 (all paid under extended warranty).
