Default Oil leaking from behind exhaust manifold

I'm in the middle of replacing my exhaust manifold, header pipe, and catalytic converter, and as I removed the manifold today I noticed some oil leaking out. I don't know what this means and I was hoping you guys could help? Thanks in advance for any advice. I took a picture, you can see it below.

Pull the spark plugs wires and see if any of the tubes are filled with oil. Check around where the distributor meets the cylinder head.

Let us know what you find.

PAhonda- thanks for the quick reply. I took the plug wires out and they were pretty saturated with oil. I haven't taken the actual plugs out yet, but all the wires were covered in oil; I took some pictures and posted them below. I also took off the distributor where it meets the motor, and there was some oil on the teeth. I took two pictures of that and posted them below. The guy who had the car before me said he replaced the valve cover gasket, but maybe he didn't do it correctly? Maybe he didn't do it at all? I don't think it's the head gasket cause I wasn't having the problems typically associated with that. Thanks for the help!

Also, for what it's worth, the motor doesn't burn any oil that I can tell, no smoke coming from the exhaust.

I would probably buy the valve cover set and replace all the seals. Felpro (like I said before) makes quality gasket sets that you can get at most parts stores.

The seals on top of the valve cover are pretty simple. Just pay attention to which side of the seal gets pushed into the valve cover, because it can be counter-intuitive.

For the lower seals, google ericthecarguy oil spark plug tubes

This YouTube video shows exactly how to replace the lower seals. It also shows how to install the valve cover gasket.

I would also buy the o-ring for the distributor, because it is a cheap part and you already pulled the distributor.

Thanks a lot PAhonda, all those seals as well as the valve cover gasket came with my timing belt kit, so I won't worry about it and just install the kit. Thanks so much again for all the help; this forum is awesome.
