You are right. I was looking at valve cover not oil pan

I installed a felpro also on my 94ex w/o problems. Maybe torque wrench is out of calibration. I used a beam pointer type torque wrench.

Sneek up on it

As stated, work from the center out in a few steps and use sealant in the "corners" of the gasket. I like using 1/4 drive for things like this....just me.

Ok attacked said oil pan with a 1/4 inch socket and deep ten. Gonna drive it a bit today and re tighten in a few days. I noticed a few were really loose.
Got the o2 stuck it in, change in idle but gone to pot again. Proceedure on these anyone? .(Ordering muffler today too.) Still popping p0135. Fuse maybe?
