Default Oil on the spark plugs?!

Okay I just changed the spark plugs on my 95 Accord DX. Man it was sooooo easy!! I love Hondas.
Anyways
When I took out the old plugs they were covered in oil! Is this a bad sign or is it normal?

Was the oil on the top of the spark plug where the spark plug wires connect?

You need a new valve cover gasket.
