Default operation restriction notice

On my 2016 Accord, there is a notice that comes on every time the car/audio system is turned on. I don't want to read this notice every time I start the car, and would like to turn it off.
What really annoys me is I've found the hidden menu where I can turn off the operation restriction, but it will not stay off. It will be back the next time the radio is turned on.
Anybody know how to keep the notice from coming on? I don't really care that I can't operate certain things without the shift lever in Park. I would just like to get rid of the notice constantly telling me about it.
Thanks

if you find out please share.....my 16 Pilot is the same way. I know some have been able to "root" the system and change other things but I haven't seen/read where the notice is turned off.

If you push Power, menu, and brightness button at the same time for a couple seconds the two menu choices appear. Chose the bottom one (top one is for diagnostics). Then when the next menu comes up push and hold the menu button again, until the next menu comes up. One of the selections is operation restriction, and you can turn it on or off. Problem is, it doesn't stick (stay off) when the radio is turned off and back on.
If rooting is what it takes, I'll look at the stupid notice till the end of time I guess.
