Default Opinions Needed!!! Please! Bumper

I dont know how I did this. Apparently I hit or ran over something . Is there any chance this is repairable or do I definately need a new bumper? Any suggestions or opinions are greatly appreciated I included pics of the damaged area. Its a 4 door honda accord.

Impressive damage, I wonder how you pulled that off.

It looks like you have some holes right through it, it definitely wouldn't be easy to fix though I have no doubt it CAN be done. There are plastic welding kits that you can use to fix the cracks and fill in the holes. Follow with a sand and then repaint.

Or is the heat from the exhaust, looks like some sort of replacement(?) causing the issue.........funny how it looks like a "flame" job out of the tail pipe....just my two cents.

From the looks of it, he backed into something solid, that forced the exhaust up, and burned the bumper. Looks like you need a new bumper, and maybe a new muffler. The pipe coming out of the muffler looks pretty bent up. Unless you can find replacements in a salvage yard, this is going to cost you.
