Default Out of balance

Hi, I have a 2000 Honda Accord 4 cyclinder. It has 118k miles on it. The tires are after market which has about 30k on them. I get a vibration at 65 mph but before that speed it is good to go. The car doesn't pull at all. But driving long distance trips I average 70 mph and that can make for a long trip. I had Sears(where I bought the tires) rebalance the tires a few times but it's still not right. I had another place check the tire rods recently and they said they were okay.

Could this be a strut problem? When I had the other place rebalance the tires they said to start at doing the fronts only. Should I had them do back also?

Thanks in advance

Try to rebalance the tires off the car - not the computer on car balance.

also could be damaged wheel/s and/or tires

what brand are you using?

also cheap butt tires do that - I would assume you buying some chineese brand at Sears not the one that is at least average for our American roads.
