That is the right wire.

Retry the tests above, but start the car.

Do you have a volt meter?

I do have a voltmeter, do you want me to try these tests after I warm the car up a bit?

I also have an obd reader that gives me live data readings on the car such as tps%, rpm, a/f ratio, etc if that is needed as well.

I will get at this stuff tomorrow after work, thank you!

Oh, and if your trying to get to the point that it may be the gauge and it's not actually overheating, I would try a different approach because the way it smokes and boils, I don't need a gauge to tell me it's overheating haha

From that test, it sounds like a problem with the gauge. When you ground that wire, your gauge should go towards H almost immediately. This may not be your only problem.

When you jumped that thermoswitch, did the gauge in your car go down to the normal position, about 1/4 or 1/3 up the scale?

Where is the smoke coming from?

Are you talking about if I just have thermoswitch A jumped when engine is cold it should go to 1/4 or 1/3? If this is the case I can test that tonight as well.

The smoke is coming from the radiator itself. Mostly the cap area.

My appointment is at 8am tomorrow, as a last resort, I replaced every coolant sensor on the car, and guess what, the damn thing still overheats!

I grounded out the wire that PAHonad suggested and it went to hot like you said, but I shut it down before it reached H. So I have no idea what is wrong, only other guess, ECU is toast, but why would the only thing that would be effected be the cooling system?

URGHH!

My guess is that you have a problem with the head gasket.

Took it in this morning, the verdict.. "Everything looks fine to me"

He says the fans come on when they should (never did for me)

Mechanic also says it's normal for Honda's to go 3/4 of the way up on the temp gauge and to not be worried until it is absolutely at the H mark and steam is rolling out from under the hood.

So, looks like ill be blowing up a motor sometime soon.
