as for the egr low flow,, Honda has extended the warranty to 8 yrs 80,000 miles , if you got less than 80k miles Honda dealer will fix it free of charge , there is a bulletin on it, if over 80k, you need to remove the planum, the egr valve and clean the passages ,, seafoam WILL NOT do a thing to clean clugged egr ports...........

As for the coolant being low,, if it is low again.. have the system pressure tested to make sure that there are no leaks and also have a shop chk for a blown head gasket , radiator cap, etc etc

The car has 180,000 miles so the dealer isn't an option.

Got a oil change yesterday and got them to check the radiator cap and turns out it wasn't holding the pressure. But I will definitely keep an eye on the coolant levels.

A guy at the shop who got the check engine codes said the P0401 code could have been related to the catalytic coverter, which was change the other day, and obviously needed to be changed. The codes have been reset and now waiting to see if it pops up. Was this guy correct? Keep in mind I will still be in the process of researching cleaning the EGR ports.
