P0420 and P0133 codes

Cool...I will have to start tinkering.....lol. Although, how do you troubleshoot whether the 02 is jacked or if it is throwing a code due to something like an injector? You have to just buy the 02 new and see if it does the same? Any issues with using a non Honda 02? I know the Dodge Rams hate the Bosch 02's. That's why I ask.

Denso makes the O2 sensors for Honda. But I'd get the proper fit one, with the plug. Not the generic one where you have to splice the wires.
People say that Hondas don't like Bosch spark plugs, but I haven't heard that for O2 sensors. Anyway, Denso is easy to find at lots of parts stores.
You can check the O2 sensor wires for being loose/dirty/corroded? Insulation rubbed away? Anything silly like that? If you're ambitious, you can verify continuity in the wires back to the ECU. But I don't know the ECU pin-out so maybe someone will chime in.

There is also a "shadetree" way of bench testing it using a propane torch but it has to be done just right and you can achieve the same results by testing with a multi meter while the car is running and the sensor is heating naturally via exhaust gasses flowing over it
