Paint chipping
2011 Honda Accord EX.
I was detailing my 2011 Honda Accord, with 11,000 miles, and noticed some whit residue between the right tail light lens and the right rear quarter panel. i started to clean the area to remove what I thought was wax that wasn't removed. After further inspection, I found that the paint has chipped off.

Upon further inspection, I noticed that the there is a ridge in the paint the entire taillight lens meets the quarter panel and it is only a matter of time before the paint chips all the entire length.
Is this covered under warranty and will they have to repaint the entire quarter panel. I don't really want my brand new car repainted due to their poor workmanship.
Thank you for your help.

ok first of all, thats common, its usually do to some minimal light movement when going of bumps and that sort of stuff, my 96 accord has been repainted once, and mine is the same (paint scratched off at taillights) and it wont keep chipping off unless your really scrubbing it, try to keep it cleaned and wax it... that will help, if your local carwash has a wash and wax option, get that every time for only a couple bucks more... and your good to go
