PAINT (or) NOT TO PAINT????
First Post. Need advice.
I have this 97' Accord Ex-V6. (See Pics Below)
I can get it painted base/clear for $400. He will fix all the dings, bend the hood back, and full prep. Also will paint the skirts the same green color.
Plan on maybe selling the car in the next 4-6 months to get a newer Accord.
????????????????????? Do you guys think it is worth it if I can get around $3,500 - $4,000 for the car?

not a bad looking car, if ur going to re-paint it i would go to a junkyard and get another hood first instead of bending that one. but if you know you can $4k out of it after you paint it i would.

A $400 paint job is not going to look that great... especially when materials is around $150 or so, that leaves $250 for labor (2.5 hrs). You'd be better off getting a new hood as well.
Sorry to rain on your parade, but an Accord with the C27 V6 is not going to be worth $4k either, paint or not.
