My parking brake is rubbish !
2002/3 Accord sport in uk,
Is there a problem with these? over its life there have been 2 advisories on the mots (+ last one) about handbrake efficiency can they be adjusted on a cable - the pads dont look too bad but it creeps on hills

Any advice?

 

How far is the "handle" moving?

There are other things....glazed pads, lever movement, ect that could be the issue...adjusting the cable may be an option, just find it strange that it needs it?
