Passenger side Fuse box?

I have a 1998 Honda accord with a radio and a cigarette lighter that will not work and I have heard of some people fixing this problem by replacing a fuse in teh passenger side fuse box. I have looked an dI cannot find it. Can anyone give me some details as to where to look?
