You can try adjusting the front channel and glass as shown in this Honda technical service bulletin:

Although this TSB is regarding the glass coming out of the channel, in your case, it may be binding. You may also want to clean the channel with rubbing alcohol and q-tips and than add silicone grease or spray to the channel run afterward.

This is a video on replacing a run channel on an accord. You may be able to just use some silicone paste on the inside of the run channel to see if that helps. The video should show you how to remove the run channel.
